
Cancellation conditions according to Austrian hotel regulations

 Austrian Hotel Regulations Cancellation Conditions
 Withdrawal from the accommodation contract
 1. The accommodation contract may be terminated by either party by unilateral declaration without payment of a cancellation fee up to three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest. The cancellation declaration must be received by the contracting party no later than three months before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
 2. The accommodation contract may be terminated by either party by unilateral declaration up to one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest. However, a cancellation fee equal to 40% of the room rate must be paid. The cancellation notice must be received by the contracting party no later than one month before the agreed arrival date of the guest.
 3.The accommodation provider has the right to withdraw from the contract if the guest does not arrive by 6 p.m. on the agreed arrival date, unless a later arrival time has been agreed.
 4.If the guest has paid a deposit, the room(s) will remain reserved until 12 noon the following day at the latest.
 5. Even if the guest does not use the booked rooms or accommodation services, they are obligated to pay the agreed fee to the accommodation provider. However, the accommodation provider must deduct any savings resulting from non-use of the booked services or any income received from renting the booked rooms to another party. Cancellation fees are free up to 3 months before the cancellation date; 40% up to 1 month before the arrival date; 70% up to 1 week before the arrival date; and 90% of the total package price during the last week before the arrival date.
 6.The accommodation provider is responsible for endeavouring to rent the unused rooms to another party in accordance with the circumstances (§ 1107 ABGB)
Instructions on the right of withdrawal for Austrian consumers:
If the customer is a consumer, they have the right to withdraw from a distance selling contract without giving reasons (Section 5e of the Consumer Protection Act). To do so, the customer must declare their withdrawal within seven business days of receiving the goods. Saturdays are not considered business days. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that the declaration of withdrawal is sent within the deadline.
Cancellation policy for German consumers:
Consumers have a right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for a purpose that cannot be attributed to their commercial or independent professional activity:

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.
The period begins upon receipt of this instruction in text form, but not before receipt of the goods by the recipient (in the case of recurring deliveries of similar goods, not before receipt of the first partial delivery) and also not before fulfillment of our information obligations pursuant to Article 246 § 2 in conjunction with § 1 paragraphs 1 and 2 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code) as well as our obligations pursuant to § 312g paragraph 1 sentence 1 BGB (German Civil Code) in conjunction with Article 246 § 3 EGBGB (Introductory Act to the German Civil Code).
