Purpose and legal basis of data processing

Purpose: Contact tracing to prevent the (further) spread of COVID-19 in the event of a suspected case; the legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 (1) (c) and (d) GDPR in conjunction with Section 10 (2) of the Data Protection Act as amended and Section 5 (3) of the Epidemic Act 1950, Federal Law Gazette No. 186/1950 as amended, and the ordinance concerning supplementary measures to combat COVID-19 as amended issued by the district administrative authority on the basis of Section 15 of the Epidemic Act 1950, Federal Law Gazette No. 186/1950 as amended by Federal Law Gazette I No. 104/2020, Sections 3 and 4 of the COVID-19 Measures Act, Federal Law Gazette I No. 12/2020 as amended by Federal Law Gazette I No. 104/2020.

Recipients of the collected contact data

The data collected will only be passed on at the request of the responsible health authority for the purpose of tracing possible routes of infection.

Storage period Your data will be stored for a period of 4 weeks and then destroyed.
